Class Description:

~Core/Stretch- Combines Core strengthening exercises with stretch moves that help improve flexibility & posture.

~Tapout- Combines Mixed Martial arts with strength & cardio exercises, to create an extreme style fitness program.

~HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)- a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.

~Zumba- combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. 

~SHIFT & LIFT Incorporates the use of indoor cycle with free weight training exercises to give you amazing results.
